About Frankford Radio Club

The FRANKFORD RADIO ClUB" has its origins around 1927 in the Frankford High School, in Philadelphia, PA. The member area of FRC is a 175-mile circle centered on Southeast PA that includes locations from Syracuse to Chincoteague, from darn near Pittsburgh to the darn near Montauk Point. Since the beginning, FRC members have pursued operating and technical excellence in pursuit of dominance in the sport of Amateur Radio Contesting.
FRC has historical been at the top of the Club Competitions in the major DX contests. Our members hold many contest records both US and World Wide.
